Traffic police can fine once in a day for an offence. If the second time in a day when traffic police stops you, if it's for another offence then you will have to pay the fine for the offence.

Step 1: Visit the official website of e-challan.
Step 2: Click on ‘Complaint’ and you will be redirected to the grievance page.
Step 3: Fill in the necessary details such as your name, email address, mobile number, vehicle number and a brief description of your complaint. Do remember to select the e-challan issue that you are disputing.
Step 4: Upload an image of the disputed e-challan.
Step 5: After filling in all the details, click on submit.
